What is the ordering process?

 

You can order by initially emailing us for a quote on the item you want, we will then get back to you explaining the cost, diamond quality etc. If you wish to go ahead we will rapidly make your item and personally deliver it to you to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase. If you wish to have a consultation before hand, please ask via email and we will come out to you.

How is my jewellery delivered?

 

We are always extremely careful when handling your jewellery. You can post your jewellery to us for repair or alterations and we can post it back to you via special delivery. If you live locally to us we can personally pick it up and drop it off back off to you.

How do I get my jewellery repaired/altered?

 

To have jewellery altered or repaired, simply post it to us. We recommend using special delivery for all jewellery. Or if you live locally to us, we will personally pick it up and drop it back off to you.

How is my jewellery presented?

 

All new bespoke jewellery will be displayed in top quality maple, mahogany or black wooden boxes depending on your choice along with full descriptive receipt and diamond certificates.

How do I pay?

 

You can either pay by cheque, cash, PayPal or bank transfer. Some orders may require initial deposits which can be paid using the link on the Contact page.

Where do you ship to?

 

We ship all orders worldwide via special delivery in ultra safe and discreet packaging. For a price on delivery please ask using the contact box.
